  • Strainer
  • Highball glass
  • Bar spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu Original rum
  • 3 oz lemonade fresh or bottled
  • 2 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 oz cranberry juice optional, for a tart twist
  • 1 oz pineapple juice optional, for extra sweetness
  • ice cubes
  • lemon wheel or wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Malibu Original rum, lemonade, and if desired, cranberry or pineapple juice.
  • Shake lightly for about 10 seconds, just enough to mix.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to keep the fizz.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make it sweeter with more pineapple juice, or add cranberry juice for a tart twist. For a crowd, scale up and mix in a pitcher—add soda right before serving. Chill all your ingredients and glassware for extra refreshment.
