  • Long cocktail spoon
  • Martini glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 16 oz premium vodka
  • 1 cup 8 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 cup lychee juice from canned lychees
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 16-20 whole canned lychees
  • Ice for mixing
  • Extra lychees for garnish
  • Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour vodka, vermouth, lychee juice, and lime juice into the pitcher.
  • Stir gently with a long spoon to combine all liquids.
  • Add whole lychees to the pitcher.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • When ready to serve, fill the pitcher with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into chilled martini glasses through a fine strainer.
  • Garnish each glass with a skewered lychee and lime wheel.

Notes

Store any leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days without ice.
