2ozvodka
1ozlychee syrupfrom canned lychees
2-3whole lychees
1/2ozfresh lime juice
4ozginger beer
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
1thin slice of gingeroptional
Instructions
Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add vodka, lychee syrup, and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
Strain the mixture into the glass.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Drop in 2-3 whole lychees.
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of ginger.
