Ingredients

  • 750 ml pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc 1 bottle
  • 1 cup limoncello
  • 0.5 cup brandy
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup add more or less to taste
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 cup club soda chilled
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • granulated sugar optional, for rimming glasses

Instructions

  • Slice lemon, lime, and orange into thin rounds. Add all sliced fruit and strawberries to a large pitcher.
  • Pour in limoncello, brandy, wine, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir gently.
  • Taste and add simple syrup as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, pour in club soda and stir gently. Rim glasses with sugar if desired, fill with ice, and pour in sangria.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or extra fruit slices.

Notes

Use pinot grigio for a crisp finish or sauvignon blanc for aroma. Add more brandy for strength or more club soda for lightness. Leftovers keep well for a day—stir before serving.
