  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz rosemary simple syrup see notes
  • 3 oz club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • To make rosemary syrup: Simmer equal parts sugar and water with fresh rosemary, then cool and strain.
  • Add gin, limoncello, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

Notes

Make rosemary syrup ahead for speed. For a lighter drink, use more club soda. Try with vodka instead of gin. Fresh rosemary boosts aroma and makes a stunning garnish.
