Ingredients

  • 1 cup limoncello Italian lemon liqueur
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 750 ml prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 cup club soda or champagne, for extra fizz
  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill all liquids before mixing. Pour limoncello, pineapple juice, and lemonade into a large pitcher.
  • Stir gently to mix. Slowly pour in prosecco and club soda.
  • Add ice cubes and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
  • Garnish with pineapple and lemon slices, and top with fresh mint sprigs before serving.

Notes

Use fresh pineapple juice for best flavor. For a lighter punch, add more soda. Freeze fruit into ice cubes for a fun garnish. Serve immediately for lively bubbles.
