  • Bar spoon
  • Fine strainer
  • Champagne flutes
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 oz limoncello
  • 8 oz prosecco chilled
  • Ice cubes if needed for blending
  • Peach slice for garnish
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend peach with limoncello until very smooth. Add ice if needed for consistency.
  • Strain mixture into champagne flutes.
  • Top each glass with prosecco. Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig.

Notes

Use frozen peaches if fresh are out of season. For a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup. Chill flutes for maximum bubbles!
