Equipment

  • Collins glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice scoop or tongs
  • Small knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 oz limoncello lemon liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or natural sweetener
  • 3 oz club soda or soda water
  • ice cubes
  • lemon wheel for garnish
  • mint sprig for garnish
  • lemon zest optional, for extra aroma

Instructions

  • Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a Collins glass packed with ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir lightly with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel, mint sprig, or a little lemon zest. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor—bottled juice can dull the drink. Adjust the simple syrup to taste for more or less sweetness. Want it lighter? Use less limoncello and more soda water. For a bigger citrus punch, add more lemon juice or zest. Serve right away to keep it crisp and bubbly.
