Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz limoncello lemon liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka or gin, optional
  • 2 oz coconut water or coconut milk for creamy version
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup to taste
  • 2 oz sparkling wine or prosecco or soda water
  • mint sprig or lavender, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add limoncello, vodka, coconut water, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling wine, prosecco, or soda water. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig or a touch of lavender.

Notes

Use coconut milk for a creamier texture. Chill glass and ingredients for a crisp finish. For a mocktail, skip vodka and use lemonade instead of limoncello.
