Ingredients

  • 2 oz limoncello
  • 1 oz peach puree
  • 4 oz chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional
  • fresh peach or lemon slice for garnish
  • ice cubes for shaking only

Instructions

  • Chill the flute and Prosecco for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a shaker, combine limoncello, peach puree, and simple syrup with ice.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds to mix.
  • Strain the mixture into the chilled flute, filling halfway.
  • Slowly top with Prosecco and let it blend naturally.
  • Stir lightly with a spoon to preserve the fizz.
  • Garnish with a peach or lemon slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. Use fresh lemon juice for more citrus punch. Prep peach puree and chill glasses ahead for easier serving.
