chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine

Instructions
Chill the flute and Prosecco for at least 15 minutes.
In a shaker, combine limoncello, peach puree, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake gently for about 10 seconds to mix.
Strain the mixture into the chilled flute, filling halfway.
Slowly top with Prosecco and let it blend naturally.
Stir lightly with a spoon to preserve the fizz.
Garnish with a peach or lemon slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. Use fresh lemon juice for more citrus punch. Prep peach puree and chill glasses ahead for easier serving.
