  • Citrus peeler
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 oz limoncello Italian lemon liqueur
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz prosecco or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 oz club soda or soda water
  • ice cubes to fill the glass
  • lemon slice for garnish
  • fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in limoncello and Aperol.
  • Add prosecco slowly to keep the bubbles lively.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix.

Notes

Use a 2:1 limoncello to Aperol ratio for balance, or go equal parts for a more classic bitterness. Chill glassware and ingredients before serving. Adjust soda to taste for a lighter cocktail.
