  • Rocks glass or coupe glass

  • 1 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 0.75 oz lavender syrup homemade or store-bought
  • 0.5 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • lemon wheel or lavender sprig for garnish
  • salt or sugar for optional rim

Instructions

  • If desired, rim a rocks or coupe glass with salt or sugar and set aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice.
  • Add tequila blanco, fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup, and triple sec (or orange liqueur).
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel or a small lavender sprig. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use tequila blanco for a clean profile; swap in reposado for a warmer, vanilla note. Fresh lemon juice is essential. Make lavender syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with culinary lavender, then straining and chilling.
