2ozblanco or silver tequilaCasamigos or Espolòn recommended
1ozfresh lemon juice
0.5ozfresh lime juice
0.5ozsimple syrupor honey syrup
2-3slicesfresh ginger
3-4ozsparkling mineral waterTopo Chico or similar

Instructions
Add tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger slices to a shaker with ice.
Shake for about 10 seconds to chill and mix the flavors.
Strain into a chilled highball glass packed with ice.
Top with sparkling mineral water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a lime wedge or lemon wheel. Serve immediately for best fizz and freshness.
