This sweet and fragrant cocktail blends fresh peaches with lavender syrup and prosecco for a perfect brunch drink. The recipe takes 10 minutes to make and serves 4 people.
First, make the lavender syrup. Mix water and sugar in a small saucepan, then heat until the sugar dissolves. Add lavender buds and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
Next, blend peaches until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
Add 2 tablespoons of peach puree to each champagne flute.
After that, pour 1 tablespoon of lavender syrup into each glass.
Fill the glasses with prosecco, and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
