Notes
The sangria can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.Fresh fruit works best, but frozen peaches and blueberries can be used when fresh isn't available. For a stronger drink, add 1/2 cup vodka or light rum to the mixture. To make an alcohol-free version, replace the wine with white grape juice or sparkling water. The lavender flavor will get stronger over time, so taste and adjust the amount of syrup as needed.
