3/4cupfresh lemon juiceabout 4-5 lemons
1/2cuplavender simple syrup
1/4cupdried culinary lavender buds
1/2cupgranulated sugar

Instructions
Make lavender syrup: Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove lavender buds. Let the syrup cool completely.
Mix the drink: Pour lemon juice and cooled lavender syrup into a large pitcher.
Add the remaining cold water and stir well to combine.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour lavender lemonade over ice.
