Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 2 oz premium vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
  • Add the kiwi pieces to the cocktail shaker and muddle until they form a pulp.
  • Pour in the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
