Instructions
Muddle the kiwi slices in your shaker until juicy.
Pour in the tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake for about 10–15 seconds.
Strain everything into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling mineral water and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a lime wedge or kiwi slice if desired.
Notes
Topo Chico is best for strong bubbles, but any sparkling water works. Adjust syrup to taste. For a spicy version, add jalapeño slices before shaking. Serve ice-cold and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
