  • Large pitcher or punch bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Long spoon or ladle
  • Ice scoop
  • Serving glasses
  • Cutting board and knife

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle prosecco or champagne, chilled
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups cran-apple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1-2 orange slices thinly cut
  • 2-3 rosemary sprigs fresh
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour cranberry, cran-apple, and pineapple juices into pitcher or punch bowl. Add vodka and stir.
  • Mix in ginger ale just before serving for fizz.
  • Slowly pour in prosecco and stir very lightly.
  • Add cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs for garnish. Serve over ice.

Notes

Prep juice/vodka base ahead; add fizz just before serving. Use frozen cranberries instead of ice. For a drier punch, pick brut champagne. Garnish makes it extra festive.
