I make a Jasmine Green Tea Martini by blending jasmine green tea with vodka, lemon juice, and a sweetener. My drink is shaken and served in a martini glass for a refreshing taste.
Strainer: I use this to pour the cocktail without ice.
Measuring jigger: To measure each ingredient.
Kettle or small pot: To brew the tea.
Martini glass: Chilled if possible.
Teaspoon: For stirring the sweetener.

Notes
I make my simple syrup by mixing equal parts sugar and hot water until clear. Jasmine green tea is fragrant, so I don’t overpower it with too much vodka. If I want a lighter version, I just use less vodka or more tea. A good garnish makes the cocktail look better, honestly.I sometimes use an edible flower or lemon twist. For a less sweet option, I reduce the simple syrup. If I’m prepping ahead, I chill the glass in the freezer. Leftover green tea can hang out in the fridge for up to two days.Using fresh lemon juice always improves the taste. I wouldn’t skip that step.
