Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz peach schnapps or peach liqueur
  • 2 oz orange juice fresh is best
  • 3 oz ginger ale
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • 1 slice orange or twist, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Irish whiskey, peach schnapps (or peach liqueur), and orange juice.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill and blend.
  • Strain into a highball or Collins glass packed with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger ale, give a brief stir, and garnish with an orange slice or twist. Serve immediately.

Notes

Choose a smooth, lighter Irish whiskey so the fruit and ginger shine. For less sweetness, reduce the orange juice or use a drier ginger ale. For more peach flavor, opt for a peach liqueur. Serve very cold to keep the fizz lively.
