Equipment

  • Large wine glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Citrus knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Ice scoop or tongs
  • Straw (optional)

Ingredients

  • 3 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur such as St‑Germain
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1 lime wedge or slice
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add mint leaves and gently press with a spoon to release aroma.
  • Pour in elderflower liqueur, then top with chilled prosecco and club soda.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or slice and extra mint. Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.

Notes

Super cold prosecco makes this extra crisp. Swap prosecco for more soda water to lighten the alcohol. Elderflower syrup works as a substitute for liqueur if needed.
