  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or shot glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Ice scoop

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz rum light/white
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 2 oz lemon-lime soda to top
  • crushed ice to fill the glass
  • lemon wheel or pineapple slice optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with crushed ice to chill.
  • In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, rum, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Shake about 10 seconds until frosty, then strain into the chilled glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  • Top with lemon‑lime soda and give a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel or pineapple slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by swapping some lemon‑lime soda for soda water or adding a touch more lemon juice. Keep ingredients well chilled for the brightest color and best fizz. For a lighter version, reduce spirits and increase pineapple juice.
