  • Highball or stemless wine glass
  • Small pitcher
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice or clementine juice
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh mint
  • 3 oz ginger beer or club soda
  • 1 tsp pomegranate arils or seeds
  • 1 slice orange or blood orange for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme optional, for aroma
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Muddle mint leaves with lime juice at the bottom of your shaker.
  • Add vodka, St. Germain, orange juice, and pomegranate juice.
  • Add ice and shake gently to chill.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with cold ginger beer or club soda for fizz.
  • Stir gently, then garnish with orange slice, pomegranate seeds, and thyme sprig if using.

Notes

Swap ginger beer for sparkling water for a lighter cocktail. For a mocktail, skip vodka and elderflower, and use more club soda. Try coconut milk for a White Christmas Mojito twist. Pomegranate seeds add crunch and a festive look.
