Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups ginger beer non-alcoholic
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 apples thinly sliced
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice into a punch bowl. Stir well.
  • Add cinnamon sticks, cranberries, apples, and orange slices for garnish.
  • Chill with ice or refrigerate until serving.
  • Just before serving, pour in ginger beer for fizz. Stir gently.
  • Ladle into glasses and serve.

Notes

Use juices with no added sugar if possible. Add extra cranberry juice for more tartness or cut back ginger beer for a milder punch. For a big group, double the recipe. Fruit garnishes add both flavor and color.
