Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • 0.5 cup light rum or white rum
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice or apple cider
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup grenadine or honey syrup
  • 1-2 cups ginger beer or ginger ale or club soda, for fizz
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-3 cloves or star anise
  • Pinch of nutmeg or a dash of bitters
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill punch bowl halfway with ice. Add dark, spiced, and light rum. Pour in juices and grenadine. Stir gently.
  • Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir again.
  • Top with ginger beer for fizz. Float orange slices, cherries, and cranberries on top.
  • Ladle into glasses and serve chilled.

Notes

Prep the base in advance; add ginger beer last for best bubbles. Adjust sweetness with honey or grenadine. For a bolder spice, simmer cider with spices before adding. Garnish generously for festive color.
