Equipment

  • Punch bowl or wide pitcher
  • Long-handled spoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small saucepan
  • Ladle
  • Glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 green apple sliced
  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries optional
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Slice the orange, apple, and pear thinly.
  • Add all sliced fruit, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and berries to a punch bowl.
  • Pour in the red wine, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and apple cider.
  • Stir in brandy and honey until well mixed.
  • Add cinnamon sticks and rosemary sprigs.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).
  • Add club soda or sparkling water just before serving and stir gently.

Notes

Use Pinot Noir for a lighter version. For a non-alcoholic mocktail, swap wine and brandy with more juice and ginger ale. Letting it chill overnight deepens the flavor.
