Ingredients

  • 1 bottle champagne chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice pulp-free preferred
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup grenadine
  • 1 cup club soda optional, chilled
  • orange slices for garnish
  • pineapple chunks for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add ice to a punch bowl.
  • Pour in orange juice and pineapple juice.
  • Slowly add grenadine for a layered effect.
  • Gently pour in champagne.
  • Add club soda if desired for extra fizz.
  • Stir gently to combine without losing bubbles.
  • Garnish with orange slices and pineapple chunks.
  • Serve immediately with a ladle.

Notes

Use Brut champagne to keep sweetness balanced. Swap champagne for sparkling cider or lemon-lime soda for a non-alcoholic version. Add more grenadine for deeper color. Best served fresh for maximum fizz.
