Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries for garnish
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, simple syrup, or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract or mint extract
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water, ginger ale, or club soda
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • small bunch fresh mint or basil
  • pomegranate seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend frozen berries, orange juice, lime juice, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
  • Strain if desired for a lighter texture.
  • Shake smoothie base with ice and extract in a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle fresh mint or basil in each glass, then pour in the smoothie mixture.
  • Top with sparkling water, ginger ale, or club soda and gently stir.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, mint, and pomegranate seeds if desired.

Notes

Adjust berry blend to your favorite mix. Use honey for warmth, maple syrup for richness, or simple syrup for quick blending. For a lighter drink, use more fresh berries. Ginger ale brings extra sweetness, while club soda keeps it crisp and bright.
