  • Champagne flutes or stemless wine glasses

Ingredients

  • 750 ml Aperol
  • 750 ml Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
  • 2 cups Club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Oranges sliced
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes enough to fill half the bowl

Instructions

  • Chill all liquids for at least 2 hours before mixing.
  • Add orange and lemon slices, plus ginger, to the punch bowl.
  • Pour in Aperol, orange juice, and club soda. Stir gently.
  • Slowly add Prosecco to preserve fizz.
  • Fill the bowl halfway with ice and stir lightly.
  • Serve immediately, ensuring each glass has some fruit.

Notes

Serve within the first hour for best flavor. To prepare ahead, keep fruit and liquids chilled separately, then combine just before serving. For a lighter version, add more sparkling water and reduce Prosecco. Leftovers should be finished the same day as the fizz will fade.
