  • 1 oz hibiscus syrup or hibiscus tea concentrate
  • 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • 2.5 oz sparkling water
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional, for syrup or garnish
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup optional, adjust for sweetness
  • orange slices for garnish
  • lime wheel for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Notes

Use homemade hibiscus syrup for best results; adjust sweetness as needed. Fresh citrus keeps the drink bright and crisp. Add extra sparkling water for a lighter, lower-ABV version.
