This refreshing cocktail blends sweet hibiscus tea with bourbon and fresh mint for a perfect summer drink. The deep red color and bright flavors make it an eye-catching choice for parties and gatherings.
Make the hibiscus tea first. Steep tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
In a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle gently to release mint oils.
Add bourbon, cooled hibiscus tea, and lime juice to the shaker. Fill with ice.
Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with a splash of club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
