This cozy, nutty Irish coffee brings together hot coffee, Irish whiskey, hazelnut liqueur, Baileys, and soft whipped cream for a dessert-worthy after-dinner drink.

Instructions
Brew hot coffee or espresso and pour into a heatproof mug.
Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Add Irish whiskey, Frangelico, and Baileys (plus coffee liqueur if using).
Stir gently with a bar spoon.
Lightly whip the cream until pourable, then slowly pour over the back of a spoon to float on top.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg or crushed hazelnut.
Notes
Use soft-whipped cream for best texture. Jameson is classic, but any Irish whiskey will work. Add more Baileys or a splash of coffee liqueur for extra sweetness or coffee flavor.
