Pour Frangelico, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, milk (or Baileys), and sugar into a cocktail shaker.
Add a good amount of ice cubes.
Shake for about 20 seconds until cold.
Strain into a tall glass or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Optional: top with whipped cream.
Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh espresso enhances the flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste or swap milk for Baileys for extra creaminess. Frangelico is key for nutty flavor, but other hazelnut liqueurs can work. Use decaf for an evening-friendly version.
