A silky, refreshing whiskey sour–style cocktail that blends bourbon, fresh lemon, honey syrup, and a splash of cream with a hint of vanilla—balanced, bright, and easy to shake at home.
Add bourbon (or whiskey), lemon juice, honey syrup, cream (or half-and-half), and a dash of vanilla to a shaker.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake hard for about 15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass or coupe. Add fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
Garnish with a lemon twist or mint sprig. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make honey syrup by stirring equal parts honey and warm water until smooth. Use a higher-proof bourbon for a bolder kick, or reduce the cream for a lighter texture. Chill the glass before pouring to keep the drink crisp.
