  • Long mixing spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Highball or hurricane glasses
  • Ice
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • ½ oz amaretto optional
  • ½ oz peach schnapps optional
  • ½ oz melon liqueur optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnishes: 1 maraschino cherry 1 fresh mint sprig, 1 lime slice

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine all rums, fruit juices, grenadine, and optional liqueurs.
  • Add ice to the pitcher until about halfway full.
  • Stir thoroughly with a long spoon until well chilled.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness—add more juice or grenadine if desired.
  • Fill a highball or hurricane glass with fresh ice.
  • Pour the punch into the glass (strain if preferred).
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry, mint sprig, and lime slice.
  • Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick.
