  • Tall glass
  • Small plate
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz habanero vodka or regular vodka plus a dash of hot sauce
  • 4 oz tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix
  • 1 tsp horseradish fresh or jarred
  • 2 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash celery salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 lemon wedge for juice and for rimming
  • ice cubes
  • olive, celery stalk, or lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass, then press into celery salt.
  • Fill glass with ice cubes.
  • Add vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, celery salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to a shaker or mixing glass.
  • Stir or shake gently. Strain or pour into your prepared glass over ice.
  • Add your favorite garnish: olive, celery stick, lemon wedge, or pickled veggies.

Notes

For less heat, mix in regular vodka or use less habanero. Adjust horseradish and Worcestershire to taste. Serve ice-cold, with your choice of garnish.
