Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda Sprite preferred
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 2-3 scoops lime sherbet
  • 1-2 tbsp red sanding sugar
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour pineapple juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Add lemon-lime soda and ginger ale, stirring gently.
  • Scoop in lime sherbet and swirl to mix.
  • Spread red sanding sugar on a plate. Rim glasses with lime wedge, then dip in sugar.
  • Add ice cubes to glasses.
  • Ladle punch into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by changing soda ratios. Add coconut rum or vodka for an adult version. Chill sodas before mixing to avoid excess ice.
