Grinch Candy Cane Cooler Cocktail
A sweet, minty, and festive green cocktail with vodka, peppermint syrup, fresh lime, and a candy cane rim, perfect for holiday celebrations.
Equipment
- Shaker or mason jar with lid
- Cocktail glass
- Muddler
- Small plate for rimming
- Strainer
- Bar spoon
- Measuring jigger or shot glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz peppermint syrup
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- club soda to top
- 1 crushed candy cane for rimming
- ice cubes
- festive garnish mint, mini candy cane, lime wheel
Instructions
- Rim glass with lime juice and crushed candy cane.
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to shaker; gently muddle.
- Add ice, vodka, peppermint syrup, and lime juice to shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass over ice.
- Top with club soda; stir gently.
- Garnish with mint, lime wheel, or mini candy cane.
Notes
Omit vodka for a non-alcoholic version. Use flavored vodka for variation. Fresh lime juice is best.
