Green Screwdriver Cocktail
A bright green twist on the classic Screwdriver—vodka and fresh orange juice with a splash of blue curaçao, optionally finished with a little club soda. Simple, citrusy, and refreshing.

- Highball glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger or shot glass
- Strainer
- Bar spoon
- Citrus juicer
- Ice cubes
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz orange juice freshly squeezed if possible
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz club soda optional
- ice cubes for shaking and serving
- 1 slice orange or cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka and orange juice.
- Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill, then strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour in the blue curaçao so it blends to a vivid green; add club soda if using.
- Give a brief stir with a bar spoon, garnish with an orange slice or cherry, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use chilled juice and spirits to minimize dilution. Fresh orange juice gives the best flavor and color. For a drier drink, skip the club soda; for extra fizz, add a little more. Chill the glass first to keep the green hue bright.
