- Bar spoon

- Ice (crushed preferred)
Ingredients
- 2 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Optional Garnishes:
- Lemon wheel
- Mint sprig
- Small piece of food-grade dry ice
Instructions
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to your shaker. Muddle gently to release oils.
- Pour in spiced rum and fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker halfway with crushed ice.

- Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
