Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup or honey syrup
  • Ice for shaking
  • Optional garnish: Lime wheel

Instructions

  • Pour 2 oz gin into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add 1 oz fresh lime juice and 1 oz simple syrup or honey syrup.
  • Fill shaker with ice and seal.
  • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
