For one serving:
- 3 oz 90ml fresh grapefruit juice (about 1 medium grapefruit)
- 1 oz 30ml fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 oz 30ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, cooled)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
- 2-3 oz 60-90ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit slice or wedge for garnish
For a sweeter version, increase the honey syrup to 1.5 oz. Pink grapefruits generally provide a less bitter and more visually appealing juice than white varieties.
