Notes
The mocktail tastes best with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Store-bought juice can work but may lack the bright flavor. For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup in 1/4 oz increments.Make ahead tip: Juice can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge. To make simple syrup, mix equal parts sugar and hot water until sugar dissolves. Let cool before using.
