A bright, fizzy, and kid-friendly Halloween mocktail that’s both sweet and zesty. This Goblin Green Punch is made with pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, and lime juice—perfect for spooky celebrations and easy to customize with fun garnishes and color!
Equipment
- Pitcher or large mixing bowl
- Cocktail shaker (optional)
- Spoon or stir stick
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Glasses (preferably clear)
- Small plate or dish (for rimming)
- Knife and cutting board
- Optional: strainer, ice bucket
Ingredients
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda regular or diet
- 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Black sanding sugar for rimming glasses
Optional garnish:
- Lime slices
- Pineapple chunks
- Green grapes
Instructions
- Wet the rims of your glasses with lime juice.
- Dip the glass rims into black sanding sugar. Set aside.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, mix pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well or stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into each prepared glass, filling about halfway.
- Top off each glass with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently.
