Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz hot brewed coffee medium roast
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar optional
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew coffee and pour into a heatproof glass.
  • Add Irish whiskey and stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
  • Add fresh lime juice and mix gently.
