Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened
  • 2 cups ginger beer chilled
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1-1.5 cups vodka or spiced rum optional, for cocktail version
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries for garnish
  • 1-2 limes sliced into wheels
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-3 whole star anise optional
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Pour cranberry juice, ginger beer, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice into a punch bowl or pitcher.
  • Add vodka or spiced rum if using.
  • Stir gently with a long spoon.
  • Add sliced limes, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
  • Add ice cubes to chill everything down.
  • Ladle into glasses, making sure each gets fruit and spices. Taste before serving and adjust lime or ginger beer if needed.

Notes

Use spiced rum for warmth or vodka for a lighter version. Skip alcohol for a kid-friendly punch. Let garnishes infuse for a stronger flavor. Adjust lime, cranberry, and ginger beer to taste. Serve with extra ice for a chilled, crisp punch.
