  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • 4 oz apple cider cold
  • 3 oz ginger beer non-alcoholic or boozy
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Apple slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick optional garnish
  • Fresh ginger slice optional garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill shaker about halfway with ice.
  • Add apple cider and lime juice. Shake gently for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and gently stir.
  • Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon stick. Add ginger slice if desired.

Notes

Use unfiltered cider for richer flavor. Adjust ginger beer for sweetness. For an adult version, add a splash of spiced rum. Serve immediately to keep the fizz fresh.
