Ingredients

chilled apple cider

ginger beer
non-alcoholic

fresh orange juice

–4 thin slices fresh ginger

stick cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add fresh ginger slices and cinnamon. Muddle the ginger slightly for a stronger flavor, or stir in for a lighter version.
Pour in the apple cider.
Add orange juice and honey/maple syrup if desired, then stir gently.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with thin apple and orange slices.
Serve chilled.
Optional – For Warm Version:
In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, ginger slices, orange juice, cinnamon, and honey/maple syrup.
Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Strain into a mug.
Garnish with apple and orange slices before serving warm.
