  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Strainer
  • Highball or hurricane glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • 1 slice orange or maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
  • Shake about 10 seconds until chilled, then strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with an orange slice or a cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill the juices for the crispest sip. Adjust sweetness by increasing peach schnapps (sweeter) or cranberry juice (tarter). For a gentle layered “sunset” look, pour the cranberry last down the inside of the glass.
